HISTORY

FINCAS LAYES, S.L. was founded in 1963 by the brothers Francesc and Carles Folch Trepat. The company specialized in property administration, offering services both to Communities of Property Owners and the administration of rental properties.

Over time, with perseverance and dedication, Fincas Layes have added other services in addition to property administration, such as the buying and selling of property.

The company's long experience in the property market has been accompanied by a constant growth and expansion. The number of Communities of Property Owners we administrate now exceeds 500, with over half of these located in the most prestigious residential areas of Barcelona. In addition we currently have over 2000 rental properties on our books comprising retail, office and residential properties.

FINCAS LAYES, S.L. is a limited company, the current shareholders are: FRANCESC FOLCH TREPAT, GLORIA AGUILAR MARTÍNEZ DE CARNEROS Y JOSEP Mª LUCAYA CASALS (Managing Director).
